I need help! I’ve spoken to 3 solicitors and I think they don’t know how to advise me on this stage. My graduate visa expired 28th November 2025 and I sent my Stage 1 (endorsement) and Stage 2 (actual visa) at the same time so I’m also protected and can still remain in the UK. My stage 1 endorsement was rejected in March and was advised to send a review endorsement. I sent my Endorsement review on the 28th day and I’ve received the review decision today that it wasn’t endorsed, it says in the end of the decision email “Should you wish Arts Council England to consider your case again, you must submit a further application with the relevant fee”
Since my Visa is already expired and I haven’t received email about stage 2 yet.. Should I send a fresh stage 1 endorsement application after the rejection review and would it keep my current stage 2 application or cancel the stage 2?
I don’t know if I send a new one stage 1 and it would keep my stage 2 alive still cause if not I’ll be overstaying then I would have to leave the UK. I’d be so grateful if I could get your advice on this
