I was playing a game an integrated my subject, a couple years later I got a rebellion in a few of my systems. I won the war but for some reason the peace option keeps them independent? This doesn’t make any sense.

Surrender: they become independent

Status quo: they become independent

Victory: they become independent

This is actually just insane. I’ve occupied all systems and destroyed their fleet, the victory option tells me they will remain a subject of me, and yet they don’t.
