I am about to start earning. Help me with planning finance. Budgeting I am about to start earning. Monthly inhand will be 50k. How can i manage my personal finance. I can save upto 60%(please give some investment strategies and how can i diversify). surely 15k for expenses.

Things in my mind:

1. I want to save(maybe a low return, easy-liquid investment) something for myself so that if i lose a job i can survive a year.

2. I dont know how to plan insurences and which ones are important. but i see insurance as life saving and i am definitely in for that.

3. Investment and Diversification - as a begginer how much returns can i expect? and how can i measure my risk taking capacity? I know this is very vague and there's so much into this. but just want to know what are the possibilites.

4. i have 5k of unplanned amount in my salary. my expenses are more than enough to cover my most needs. I am thinking of spending this 5k in my wants. my wants are also things which i want to improve my quality of life or they are some kind of investment for myself.

5. begginer mistakes to avoid.

also there might be something entirely i am forgetting or not mentioning or i am not aware, please share that. i think there might be so many threads already there for this, i am not lazy just trying to get personalized suggestions. if you can please suggest those threads.
