For those who don’t know, Chad Clifford is one of 4 co-sponsors on a senate bill broadly repealing some of the right-to-repair protections Colorado put in place a few years ago. Thankfully the bill was not voted to move out of committee, but it is just dormant and may be revived later. Attached is my email expressing my concern, and the “very thoughtful” response I got back almost immediately from Chad.
