I’m not sure if anyone else is running into the same issue recently, but I suspect they have. I ordered a pontoon light kit from Green Blob Outdoors on 4/21/26. The charge on my card went through immediately thereafter.
Since then, I’ve had absolutely zero follow-up from them. Nada. Numerous emails (both via their site and customer service Gmail account), in addition to texts to both numbers were to no avail. Not one word.
I now have to dispute the charge with my cc company. This is easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I’m all for supporting small, family-run businesses but unfortunately, this is one to avoid.
They sell their products through their own site, Amazon and Wal-Mart. While they may have had some decent ratings in the past, that is no longer the case. I wouldn’t buy from them if you value your money.
