PLEASE read my entire post before replying. I’m trying to buy a gift for a friend, this isn’t for me. Every time I try to look up anything in regard to hot Pilates there’s always the same comments about how it’s a scam and not good for you, etc. I just need to buy a gift for my friend’s birthday and she does hot Pilates every week. I either want to get her a new mat or a grip towel for her current mat that she got from Amazon. She only does hot Pilates and weightlifting on the other days. Please suggest me a mat or a mat towel I could gift her that would be good. I was looking at the Manduka ones but those specify that it’s for hot yoga, will it still perform the same for hot Pilates? Please if anyone has any suggestions let me know because it’s so hard to find any information because everyone hates hot Pilates.

Hey guys, I’m supposed to be graduating this semester, I’ve completed my degree audit for my AA, but I did end up sending a late graduation request because I didn’t realize we had to sign up for it. I just filled out a form but never got a follow up. I know the ceremony is on May 3rd but I’m not going to be attending that, how do I check if my form was approved and that I’m graduating? I’m also going to be transferring to UCF, it’s my first time doing anything like this so I’m confused. Please help if you can! :)
