Hey Folks,

We are travelling to Japan next week. My younger sister has some severe allergies. I have read through all the threads and recommended resources, but can't figure out how to get a card that allows for some exceptions (Shrimp and Peanuts).

What resources would you use to include exceptions?

Here's the list of allergies that she sent me.

• Shell fish except shrimp :
  • Clams
  • Mussels
  • Oysters
  • Scallops
  • Squid
  • Octopus
  • Snails
  • Abalone
  • Whelks/Conch
• Crustaceans
  • Crab
  • Lobster
• All Nuts except Peanuts
  • ! Cannot have traces of nut allergens
• Poppy seeds

I've read that we should have something like "Shrimp is okay" and "Peanut is okay", but I can't find any reliable sources to translate this. Would you use something like Fiverr or something?

Apologize if I've missed some obvious resources but I really appreciate any help!
