While I do love a good suit of armour, it just doesn’t suit Kliff’s character to me. He’s travelling constantly and pulls off some serious parkour feats even with some magic/spirit helping out. So I’ve opted for something that looks more in line with my own vision.
In particular I’ve tried to make the set reflect where he’s been and what he’s done. Cobbled together from allies and armouries along the way. Gloves show his heritage (alongside his default tattoo), boots he gained whilst helping out Hernand, his armour is what he used in helping Calphade (just a shame the emblem isn’t dyeable.) and the cloak is just a travellers cloak in my mind.
By dying both the cloak and the scarf portion of the armour the same colour and material, you get this really full looking scarf/cloak. Looks great both up and down. I’m a big fan.
