I will be totally transparent, this is not about a service dog issue, but you guys are so knowledgeable that I am hoping someone here may still be able to help!
I rent through Remax and am on full disability (SSI) for heart failure.
My master bathroom has a normal shower head, but often I cannot stand to shower. I normally would simply install a 'shower head and house' type thing on my own, and remove it before I move. However this one is kind of odd, and I think I need a plumber to install it correctly.
Do I have any kind of Tennants rights under the ADA to ask Remax to install this because I need it due to my heart failure?
If so, could anyone guide me on what that process looks like, where I start, info I can read to help?
