Keffer VW are professional, highly experienced scammers.
They act in bad faith and know exactly what they are doing. Everything is worded and structured in the sketchiest way possible to ensure they get away with it every time.
Customers are forced to accept a 'Protection Package' that costs $3,000. At first glance, it looks legitimate, but there is no contract and no service agreement. It is not mentioned in the Vehicle Purchase Agreement, it is not itemised in the Amount Financed, and it isn't documented anywhere in the paperwork. They only add $3,000 to the price of the car, consequently reducing your downpayment and increasing your interest rate, and customers don't even notice because they sign all documents on a tablet - ensuring you will only realise something is missing when it's too late and everything is signed.
They also don't let you choose a bank to finance, "don't worry we will find the best offer for you, we beat every bank", which turns out to be something like 21% interest rate.
Unless you are willing to pay $3,000 for insurance services that don't exist, an app that doesn't work, and three 4oz spray bottles, stay as far away from this place as you can.
