So I catch fire when I use a curseboud ability: from then on it's 1 persistent unmitigable fire damage each turn until I refocus: Fine.

But what happens when cursebound is 2 or more? Either you have to take multiple refocuses back to back (since each one lowers curse by one only) or you are... Dead?
