I was checking motor rotation on beta flight with the usb-c and battery connected and when I removed the usb-c cable it stopped being visible on the pc and when reconnected it won't show up.

When usb-c or battery is connected and it powers the receiver, vtx and buzzer but doesent show up on pc or arm using the controller.

I have removed the vtx, camera and gps and they had no effect.

All advice would be helpful.
