Hey everyone,

I’m currently having serious issues with my Bambu Lab P1S and it’s getting really frustrating.

Recently, my nozzle got clogged. This has happened before, and back then I replaced the entire hotend. This time I tried to fix it instead:

• Removing it
• Heating it up
• Using the “heated Allen key” method from the top to pull filament out

I was able to pull out some filament, but I could not get it working again — no extrusion at all. The hotend was basically unusable after that.

So I installed a brand new hotend (I had a spare).
With the new hotend, I did one print (two-color print) → worked perfectly.

Then I started another print → and it clogged again immediately.

Now I’m stuck again:

• No filament coming out of the nozzle
• Tried clearing it → I can pull some filament from the top with the hated Allen key
• But during printing, nothing extrudes

On top of that, the filament cutter is now jammed as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated — I currently can’t print at all.
