What I hear frequently from friends and people in this sub, is that their body hair growth slows down. Something I’ve been looking forward to. However, it’s not happening for me. In fact my armpit hair, pubic hair and leg hair is growing faster and is more coarse, and hair growth has changed directions. I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS, and had issues with my body hair most of my life. I was lucky that it became less problematic between the ages of 38-48ish. I’m 50 now.

Please tell me I’m not the oddball with this development. I was expecting to have some potentially weird symptoms during peri, because of my PCOS diagnosis. This is a really disappointing symptom. I really was hoping the decrease in body hair would happen for me.
