Hi 59 yo who just had a Cystoscopy & multi core Transperineal biopsy. I had a complication that Dr said was a “bleeder” in the prostate (ER, bladder clogged with blood clots, bladder flushed through a [24] Foley Catheter. Removed the Catheter after 4 days. It is 6 days after removal (10 days after procedure) my results are a Gleason 6 - watch and wait. I have some questions for anyone who has had a similar experience.

Waiting for a bit but I am concerned about the first ejaculation. I know that there will be some sort of blood but is there pain due to the healing prostate?
How long should I wait since I had the bleeding problem? (Plan of a convo with Dr but had to ask for some peer advice.)
