I’ve been thinking about getting one for a while. I’m on my feet and exercising a lot at work (personal trainer/fitness instructor) and when I get home my body and nervous system are so stressed out
This has led to me basically bed rotting for the last year because I need to elevate my feet and support my neck to feel some relief. Got one discounted from Jordan’s (discontinued color) and my body feels so blissed out rn. Hoping this will help with family life/mental health too as I won’t constantly be in my bedroom!
I totally understand now why my grandfather (hyper mobile restaurant owner) would always walk into the room and be like “get outta my chair”. I’m basically a blue collar old man now 😆
Anyway if you’re on the fence and have the space and money, DO IT. You deserve it. And spring for the adjustable head rest 😉
