Hi everyone, this is Erika. I’m new to Reddit and I own a 3PL company in Southern California.

I’m currently looking for a reliable virtual assistant service for e-commerce integration and admin support. I recently came across Rivco Assistant⁠ and wanted to see if anyone here has personally used their services before.

Since we handle a lot of sensitive client information, trust, reliability, and communication are really important to us.

I’m also open to other virtual assistant companies, but I’d prefer recommendations only from people who have actually used them or know someone who has.
