I'd like to install a level 2 charging system and I've seen a few options.

One would be to use the VEVOR Automatic EV Charging Switch, and plug it into the dryer outlet. It is Tested to ETL Standard and shows the symbol on the product. Your wiki on dryer outlets doesn't seem to like that option. It would probably be the cheapest though. My laundry room shares a wall with the garage but I'll be charging outside.

Vevor Smart Switch

I do have an outlet for a stove, but we went with a gas stove so it will never be used. Would an electrician be able to disconnect that outlet and use the circuit breaker for a charger? I think it's a 40amp double pole breaker.

There is also the Switch program I could utilize, they pay you $0.03/kWh, and you get a free charger. I would just need an outlet installed outside.
