Almost every rental post I see on Zoopla still stipulates a minimum tenancy requirement of 12 months, even though with the new renters right act around the corner this wouldn't be allowed anymore with the 2 month rolling contracts? Even seeing this with larger companies e.g. get living. Am I miss interpreting the new renters reforms?
