Has anyone wrote a letter to their state board of Accountancy expressing concerns about all the offshoring. I have been reading more firms offshoring us labor to less qualified labor for cost cutting. I feel as though offshore labor financial reporting could be considered national security concern, conflict of interest for tax revenue, and an insult to everyone in the US that went and paid for a 4 year education and sat through rigorous testing for the CPA only to be replaced with people that barely write English fluently and would not even test for college level reading and writing English comprehension.

I want to write an essay expressing these concerns but I'm wondering how to go about it. Thanks
