Got my hands on some scrapped Sharp R7 camera modules. These IMX989 sensors are huge compared to regular phone cameras. Are the gold bonding wires inside scaled up with the sensor size, or is it still negligible? Just wondering if they're worth processing separately or if I should just toss them in the high-grade bin. Anyone ever processed these 1-inch Sony chips before? Thanks.
