idk if this is a problem but i’m 96 and writing like 40 books (one at a time tho) and they’re all Lepidoptera i realized.
the genre of these isn’t romance. one of them is sci-non-fi (the most food-focused one, and i know my skills aren’t that perfected yet so i’m writing it second), one is ganglial horror (it’s ab chrysalis soup), and the third one is body horror and a bit of a metamorphosis book lol.
i don’t want to explain too much but should i work on writing characters from different phylums, because even though i’m a chordate it feels impossible to write, why are all my arthropod chars more fleshed out than the non-arthropod ones. and what phylum to take inspo from, the only one i know that writes like me is darwin ig
