Boattail Racer of some sort
Seen on a trailer. Originally thought it was a Hudson, but now leaning Model T. Not great pictures, we were moving.

One of my local stores dropped two Old Forester barrel picks, one was a Barrel Proof and one was the 100 proof. I went through a lot of reviews, looking at different warehouses and rick levels while I was deciding which one to pick up. Based on those reviews, the black label 100 proofs seemed to be a bit more popular and at a more digestible price point ($65 vs $99) so I went with the 100 proof. I wanted to add my review for other people who may be looking for the same info I was.
Old Forester Single Barrel (Store Pick) 100 Proof
Warehouse L, Level 2
Stafford Beverage - Salem and Wilsonville, Oregon
Price: $64.95
Aroma: Banana, brown sugar, slight ethanol but not off putting. Bananas Foster in a glass. The aroma is so good, I had the bottle open to let it breath and I would just walk by and smell it.
Flavor: The banana comes back in the flavor, leans a little more caramel than brown sugar, but still fairly close to the aroma, some light cinnamon/baking spice notes after swallowing. A little bit of alcohol heat, but not harsh in anyway, just lets you know it's there.
Mouthfeel: I wouldn't call it thick, per se, but smooth and velvety, coats the mouth and lingers for a long time. Slight Kentucky hug in the chest as it goes down, but again, not an overpowering amount of heat. Flavor lingers in the back of the mouth for a long time.
This bottle for me is an 8/10. My bottle is almost empty and I am planning to get a second one before they run out. This is also now a bottle I will keep my eye out for at other stores (a few other stores around Oregon have picks also, which I assume are different). I love to see if I can pick out any differences from different warehouses/levels. The full proof blue label version was a collab with a Salem restaurant, so hopefully I'll get a chance to try that one as well.
Obviously, single barrels are going to vary, but if you're a fan of Old Forester/Brown-Forman I would recommend it.
