Hey all.

I’ve been an RN since 2019, and I have been a CTSICU (CVICU/Transplant) RN since 2021.

My ADN GPA is a 3.16 and my bachelors degree was through Capella’s flexpath.

My sciences are all A’s or B’s and I plan on taking Chem 2, Stats and maybe two more (I’m unsure) to boost my science GPA.

I need shadowing hours, which I can get (I heard more hours shows them you want it more).

My GPA would go up to about a 3.2 or 3.3 if I got all A’s.

I also plan to get my CCRN, CSC and CME and take my GRE’s.

I fear my GPA will make them toss my application.

Can anyone tell me if it’s even worth it to apply or if I should just let it go? This is my dream and I wish I had done better in school and did a normal BSN instead of flexpath.

If you think it’s worth it to still apply, please tell me what classes to take. I am in Texas right now by the way so I’d apply here.

I’ll take any criticism.
