I have a DM who wants to give out a Dream mantle to my druid character, who wears a wolf fur mantle and other natural bits for the rest of their attire.

"This short purple cape is vaguely iridescent and is difficult to look at from afar. The cape creates illusions of faraway places that are visible only to creatures that are at least 30 feet away from it."

I want to blend it into the Wolf fur mantle, but I want some lore behind it. Like mixing it with another creature's fur that deals in dreams? Some sort of Fay enchantment?
I don't have many ideas and want some more input.

We are in Faerun and still in character creation if that helps
