How do you pedal int his section of nocturne op 55 no 1?

I recently bought the cheapest version of pianoteq and got the steinway d and the shigeru kawai. Just wondering how i get the best sound of those and if i can tweak some of the basic sounds even though i have the cheapest version, would gladly appreciate any input, thanks!
