Engagement ring was a simple band with a small diamond. I was a bit dissappinted because i wanted a colored stone instead of a diamond and I feel like he played it safe (although he had it custom made and he was very happy with the design). We went to design a wedding ring for him, with a red stone. I decided to add the same red stone to my engagement ring and use it as my wedding ring. Now I'm not too sure i like the design at all! I'm getting very mixed reviews of my ring from friends/family.

The jeweler was very enthusiastic, but would alter the ring if asked although I think husband would be sad if I didn't like his design. What do I do?
