Hi, I’m 20 I’ve had schizophrenia since I was 17. I don’t smoke at all but I live with toxic parents while trying to go to college it’s pretty stress full plus the paranoia and voices and wanted to try smoking herbal because I heard smoking in general release stress I’m not looking for anything that makes you sleepy my medication already does that what are y’all recommendations please and thank you.
