Hello, I’ve recently noticed that in the ‘Biology’ section, the resting heart rate and heart rate variability aren’t the same as the recovery data. For example, for 1 May, my resting heart rate is 64.9 and the variability is 40.6 in the recovery tab. But in the biology tab for 1 May, it is 68.2 for heart rate and 33.8 for variability. Both sections state that they use sleep data, but I think the biology section is calculating an average for the whole day.
