Can I legally start a full-time job while waiting for EU Blue Card approval in Bremen?
Hi everyone,
I finished my Master’s degree in Germany and applied some weeks ago to switch from a student residence permit to an EU Blue Card in Bremen.
My full-time job starts very soon in 5 days, but I still haven’t received any response from the Migrationsamt except the automatic confirmation email. And they have forwarded it internal.
My current student permit is still valid. Does anyone know if I can legally start working full-time while the Blue Card application is being processed?
Has anyone had a similar experience in Bremen recently?
