I found 2 within 2 miles of airport that look great and have good ratings but read all near the airport is ghetto, the 2 are:

Emmett on montague
And
Asher

Also looking at factory at park circle and monty. All are around same price point. Asher seems least likely to hit traffic since there is no highway and is right by boeing. Not sure how the areas outside park circle are safety wise.

I know most say park circle but I dont see much affordable rent there. Is anything near the airport safe? I saw a couple place north like Ashley heights and Windsor hill plantation. Ill most likely buy a house in a year once i learn the city more after renting.
