Teeth tips all coming off at once?

Teeth tips all keep chipping off?

First four photos are today, the others are from last month and the very last one is from last summer to see what that looks like over time!

Hi! I am a 21F whose premolars and molars keep chipping! I am a grinder with dry mouth and a high risk patient.

I noticed this year a few tiny chips— no biggie. The other day, it felt like ALL my molars or pre-molars were a little chipped or worn. The bottom premolars seemed a bit shorter and I’ve been trying to compare old photos of my teeth. It’s impacting my mental health since I feel like I am constantly trying to undo and prevent issues! I have TMJ and TMDD. I’ve even have some gum shifting on my upper front teeth from my teeth shifting begin my permanent retainer. I told multiple dentists and they said nothing was wrong.

I noticed them on my upper pre molars but assume this could be smoothed out. This that the case? I am most concerned about my bottom premolar. The first four photos are recent, the rest is from March and the last one is from last summer! What do you guys notice? You can tell which side it is from my fluorosis!

Turns out my teeth were shifting super quick! It makes me feel terrible that I’m not believed. Now, I’m getting the permanent retainer behind my two front teeth removed as soon as possible and replacing with a plastic one!

I am looking for advice on what to maybe bring up to my dentist to tell him and how to fix these things? Can the bottom premolars and molars just be polished? What about the top (the top of more in the middle so I am not too sure)

My dentists is an old school small dentist that I trust to look at my teeth. However, I am nervous about what he will say about the chips. I have an appointment coming up with him to check on cavities I might have because im constantly looking at my teeth.

My homecare involves ClinPro 2x daily (but sometimes once as I don’t always do my morning routine— I know that is bad. I have some health issue that impact). I’ve been fixing my vitamin D issue and I am nearing the end. I have a custom night guard but it’s changed my bite and I think with the hygenine aspect is causing issues from possible bad mold. Sometimes I think about getting a new one online from impressions.

I just fell extremely helpless because I’ve noticed it seems to be every tooth that isn’t the front six seems to have worn a bit.

Because of this, I’ve been talking more of my muscle relaxant to help the grinding. Could this because cause inside of my mouth guard?

I genuinely just want to stop this before it gets worse. The same has been happening to my brother by MUCH worse. Is there anything I can do, my dentists can do (how to ask him), or anything else? I would appreciate any advice! No one back home goes to the dentist (which I constantly refer them to clinics)- family OR friends so I’m kind of on my own.

Thank you!
