I’ve been with BofA for 44 years and I’ve had enough. I requested access to options and Merrill disabled my account going on 5 days. I’ve called them everyday but it does no good. Twice the resolution manager said they would call me back and nothing….. I’m done with Merrill. Who should I switch to? I’ve used fidelity years back, I also have a robinhood account that is easy/comfortable. I’m a novice trader who is looking to move into option trading…. Please share your recommendations so I pick a quality institution and tools. Also Looking to join a discussion group that discusses options with real time examples. Thanks,
