Hi, i am a buyer from Malaysia and i just bought 2 diecast model cars from an official retailer, however only one item is shipped out and has received a tracking code but the other still displays "Warehouse processing". Is this normal? Like, do they combine both items and only gave one item a label or was it because the other item may have been a presale item?

For context i am using the English version of the app. And the other item with the "Warehouse processing" label does not have "presale" anywhere when i purchased it and paid full price for it as well.
