Slightly confused by the different tiers

I only play Gamepass on my PC, trying to decide what sub is best for me. On the website, the Ultimate subscription says 500+ games, while PC Pass says 200+, but then when I look at the actual game lists, they look the same. Is it counting things like the Ubisoft bonus as the extra 200 there, or are there actually regular gamepass games that are just not on the PC version?

Sorry for asking probably a silly question but I haven't been able to find a solid answer from any official sources.

Do people genuinely believe that being against the expansion of civil rights was not a conservative policy?

I know asking is pointless but I would genuinely be interested in hearing how this idea works. I see the argument all the time that the US conservatives were on the right side of history during the civil war. I'm assuming by that they mean the party which at the time wanted the federal government to force states to expand civil rights, end slavery, and fight racism. Those sound like very liberal ideas to me, just by the definition of the word in politics.

So I'm confused. Was the Republican party not the conservative party during that time? I've heard the parties never changed ideologies, but then surely they wouldn't be conservative now if they were liberal before?
