in my Sur-Ron Light Bee X L1e I’m having this issue: when I accelerate to around 60–70 km/h, the throttle suddenly stops responding. It only starts working again once the bike slows down to about 47 km/h on its own, and the acceleration power is limited to something like in eco mode. What could be causing this?

In the first few days after purchase everything worked perfectly, and the previous owner also didn’t report any issues. Even when I bought it, everything was fine—I tested it myself.
