Has anyone gone down this route? Looking at 25 units but they want us to vote on doing it with unfettered access to spend whatever committee wants. 75% of units are around the same size so this is just so 2 people can get their levies lowered. I would like to know how much it could blow out to. Lawyer fees disclosed as $14k but no lid on that either.
