Best CRM for travel agencies or tour businesses?

I’m trying to find a good CRM for travels, specifically for managing bookings, client communication, and maybe even itineraries in one place.

A lot of CRMs seem more focused on general sales, but I’m not sure how well they translate to something like a travel business where you’re dealing with repeat clients, custom trips, and lots of back-and-forth.

If you’re in the travel space, what CRM are you using? Does it actually help streamline things, or do you still rely on multiple tools?

Would really appreciate hearing what’s worked for you and what to avoid.

Anyone using a CRM for project management instead of separate tools?

I’ve been thinking about using a CRM for project management to keep everything in one place, like clients, tasks, communication, and progress tracking.

Right now I’m juggling a CRM plus a separate project management tool, and it feels a bit messy switching between them. But I’m not sure if CRMs that claim to handle project management actually do it well or if they’re just okay at both.

Has anyone here gone all-in on a CRM for project management? Did it simplify things or just create new headaches?

Curious what tools you’re using and whether it actually improved your workflow.

Is electric bike in Germany different from others?

Last Monday I visited a bike shop. I saw an electric bike labeled from Germany. It looked modern and strong. I became curious about other models.

I checked local dealers. Most bikes were regular bicycles. Very few were electric bikes. Options were limited. I could not compare designs or battery power well.

To check more variety and options, while scrolling many online marketplaces including alibaba I found many electric bikes from Germany. Some were small. Some were large. Some were for kids. Some were for adults. Some had big batteries. Some had small batteries. Some were for beginners. Some were for experts. There were many colors and styles and prices.

I noticed some bikes were for city travel. Some were for off road. Some were fast. Some were stable. Some were light. Some were heavy. This helped me understand which bike suits different needs.

Now I am thinking is it better to buy electric bikes from Germany online to see many options or from local shops to check performance first?
