Has anyone had the issue where they go to look at their application and the credit & background checks never load? I’ve reached out to the support team via the app but I don’t have high hopes they’ll respond. If the application is something I’m paying for, I feel like I should at least be able to view it.

The owner/landlord of rental for which I applied ghosted me as well, but that’s a post for another day.
