I wanted to ask about the dress code for male freshers in TCS.
Are formals mandatory only during ILP/training period, or do employees wear formals regularly during project/work as well?
Also, what kind of clothes are usually expected?
- Full formal shirt + pants?
- Shoes mandatory?
- Are smart casuals allowed?
Would be helpful if someone from recent batches could share their experience.
