I have bilateral facet arthrosis and I got a steroid injection in my left face joint because it was causing me agonizing pain and I feel like it worked. However, I now feel pain in my right side near the facet joint with referring pain to my hip. Just like the left side did. Should they have injected both or should have one work for both sides and that means that the steroid injection failed?

Hi everyone, I believe the main culprit of my recent flareups has been this cheap mattress that we bought from Amazon when we first moved in it’s like a soft dish plush mattress and I’ve noticed recently that my hips were dipping into it and my pelvis so yesterday we went and bought a new firmer mattress. I’m attaching the pictures of how my back looks on the new mattress. I hope I made the right choice. What do you guys think.
