Hey all! I'm probably missing something but I just don't understand how to farm for gear mats.

Is it really just figure out which monster drops the purple item to craft the gear set you want? Can you farm the same monster more than once/day? I get like no drops, I can't craft Esther's purple gear.

Am I missing something? Is it really this much RNG? Are the stats RNG, or do we get Assassin boots? It sounds like awful RNG with these drop rates, so I must be missing something. Please help I'm kinda clueless.
