Carnicure by Marlou with the spray is too intense to ever wear. I cannot for the life of me to get the cap off. Any help would be amazing.

I loved having this in the sample when I could just dab it behind my ears and pair it with something less carnal (I love pairing it with Gossip Night by Gritti!). I bought a bottle with a dabber that I was excited to transfer this to so I could wear it all the time, but I cannot get this cap off! It doesn’t twist at all, I’ve even tried pliers or a wrench, but it feels like it is sealed shut. I have had this bottle for a year and I cannot use it because the spray is SO intense.

Any advice for getting this kind of bottle top off would be amazing, thank you
