Pardons canada file stuck

Been going through the Canadian pardon + U.S. waiver process with PAC for over 1 year now and my file has been stuck at “Certified Court Document Acquisition” for 6+ months. (Kitchener court)
The company says they’re waiting on Kitchener Court to send the certified documents and that the court phase is the longest part of the process.
For anyone who’s gone through this recently:

How long did this stage realistically take for you?

Once the court documents were received, did the process move faster?

Were there any additional fees later on besides the original PAC payments/government fees?

Trying to get a realistic idea of the remaining timeline because this process has been much longer than expected.
