I was standing online at Gray's papaya on 72nd Street getting my daily breakfast sandwich when an unhoused gentleman approached me and the customer in front of me to ask for a sandwich

The cook behind the counter began to yell aggressively at the gentleman, demanding that he leave. Moments later he sprung out from behind the counter and pushed him out the open door. I reprimanded the cook and left without making the purchase

Not going back there until this situation is addressed and a public apology is issued
