GF and I each make ~$100k, no debt, credit scores ~770/790. Buying ~$660k home, putting ~10–12% down.
Lender is quoting ~6.625% “par”, ~6.49% for ~$1.5k, ~6.375% for ~$3.5k, ~6.25% for ~$5–6k.
We’ve seen quotes around ~6.25% but don’t have a full Loan Estimate yet.
Feels high given our profile… are lenders just not competing unless you force them? What are people actually locking at this week? In Colorado for context.
