Hey everyone,

I’m looking to connect with other real estate investors, operators, and people who are actively building portfolios.

My family and I currently own/manage a portfolio of single-family rentals, and we’re working on making the jump into larger multifamily assets. I’m especially interested in connecting with people who are focused on:

- Multifamily acquisitions

- Value-add deals

- Small-to-mid-size apartment buildings

- Property management systems

- Creative financing / seller financing

- Scaling from single-family into multifamily

- Ohio / Midwest real estate markets

I’m not here asking anyone for money or pitching a deal. I’m just trying to build relationships, learn from people who are further ahead, and connect with others who are actively doing the work.

Would love to hear from anyone who has made the transition from single-family rentals into multifamily, or anyone currently buying/managing apartments.

What were the biggest lessons, mistakes, or mindset shifts when you started scaling?
