Hello all, im looking for meal prep ideas or recipes for someone with ARFID ( avoident restrictive food intake disorder). I have a hard time with the textures of pretty much all vegetables. I know I need to incorporate more veggies into my diet but I cant seem to find any recipes that I'll actually eat. Im looking for ideas or recipes that hide the texture of veggies. I like the taste of most veggies, but my body will not let me eat them if I bite into one. I know im picky, and trust me ive tried do many different things to change. Anyways, any ideas or recipes would be so incredibly helpful!
