I’m a 20 year old male and I’ve been around 140 lbs for 6 years, when I was 16 I got to around 150-155 since I played sports with a weight class all school year and I had muscle but I was probably under 10% body fat, I have a struggle eating a lot I’m struggling with money rn living with my mom and she’ll make meals for dinner but not every night and the stuff to make is a lot of carbs, I’m open to drinking calories or supplements, I probably have low test I’m on the come up from treating my body like shit after a break up
