just wanted to post this short success story. Ever since I started working on self concept weird things have been happening. I have strangers saying hello and waving to me on the street. I have toned up very quickly and have gotten compliments from my family who is usually very critical of me. Even at the gym I go to the worker said I lost a lot of weight since I started and (not long ago) and asked me how I did it. (I haven’t really made any changes to my diet) My skin is literally glowing and at its best. People I used to talk to that I haven’t spoken in years have been viewing my stories and liking my posts. People will literally stare at me in public. This works !!
